A90 Supra/Z4 Front Tension Control Arm Caster Bushing Installation Guide

Estimated installation time: 2.5hr

1. Raise and support the front axle and remove both front wheels
   
   
2. Remove the radiator undertray(1)
   
   
   
   
3. Remove the fender liner extension(1)
   
   
   
   
4. Remove the structural undertray(10)
   
   
   
   
5. Remove the tension control arm(1) and press out the OEM bushing
   
   
   
   
6. Press the S-Series spherical bushing into the control arm from the outboard side and install the snap ring on the opposite side.
   
   
   
   
7. Install the tension arm and torque the following:
   replace with new bushing bolt 90ft-lbs
   ball joint nut 129ft-lbs
   
   
8. Install the structural undertray, torque bolt 50ft-lbs
   
   
9. Install the fender liner extension and radiator undertray
   
   
10. Install the wheels, torque lug bolts 101ft-lbs
